How often
Weekly
Best for larger homes, homes with young kids and/or pets, or active homes with frequent guests.
Bi-weekly
The sweet spot for most families — keeps everything in great shape, cost-effective, and fits naturally into most routines. This matches when the home typically needs a good cleaning.
Every 4 weeks
A solid maintenance cadence for smaller homes, couples without children, or owners who do light cleaning in between.
FAQs
Can I have the same team every visit?
Yes — for the most part, unless your crew is out sick or on vacation. This is our default for regular customers. Consistent teams learn your home, your preferences, and your priorities. It's how we deliver consistent quality.
Can I reschedule a cleaning?
Absolutely. Notify us 2 business days in advance and we'll adjust the schedule as you need it.
Do I need a deep clean first?
We recommend it. Recurring regular cleaning is designed to maintain an already-deep-cleaned home. Starting with a deep clean means every recurring visit afterward is more efficient and more thorough.
What's included vs. deep cleaning?
Recurring cleaning covers the routine — surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, general dusting and vacuuming. Deep cleaning adds baseboards, window sills, interior cabinets (if requested), door tops, detailed grout work, and other items that don't need deep-cleaning attention. The goal is to maintain the cleanliness that we achieve on the deep cleaning visit. If we keep it up, deep cleaning is needed less often.
