FAQs
Will this get my security deposit back?
We can't guarantee what your landlord will do, but we can tell you our move-out checklist is more thorough than most lease cleaning requirements — and we regularly hear from customers who got their full deposit back. Ask us to see your lease's cleaning requirements; we'll make sure our scope meets them. (Damages are beyond our scope of work, however.)
Should the home be empty?
For move-out cleans, yes — we clean best when furniture and belongings are out. For move-in cleans, we can work before or during the move.
How long does this take?
Most move-out cleans for a 3-bed/2-bath home take 3–4 hours with two cleaners. Larger homes take longer.
Does this include carpet cleaning?
Standard move-out includes vacuuming. We can refer you to an outside service for a professional hot-water-extraction carpet cleaning. Our service only includes vacuuming.
