Meet Our Team

Rachel started cleaning professionally in 1989 and learned the business from the bottom up — she has spent her whole career cleaning, managing, or owning a cleaning business. She opened Maid Brigade's Rockville office with her father in July 1994 and is now the sole owner. Under her leadership, the franchise has been named Maid Brigade's national Franchise of the Year twice — in 2001 and 2015 — and has won the national "Top Gun" award multiple times.

Mercy has been with us since 2010 and has helped shape us into a reliable, quality-centric, and hard-working business. From her desk in our Gaithersburg office, she manages scheduling, customer service, sales, plus hiring and managing our cleaning staff. She is fully bilingual and can aid in communication whenever needed.

LaShae started cleaning in 2008 and worked her way up with Maid Brigade. Her experience in the field helps her understand your expectations. She handles sales, customer service, scheduling, and inspections all from our Frederick office. Our phones are seamlessly integrated so whether she is at her desk in Frederick or in Gaithersburg for the day, she is here to help you with scheduling, additional services, or managing any changes to your account. The phones ring in both offices so it could be Rachel, Mercy or LaShae answering for you.

Aura is our Field Manager. She has been with the company for more than 20 years, starting with a cleaning crew also. She has worked her way to Supervisor of her crew and now managing all the staff. Her focus is to train, inspect, and manage equipment and supplies. Her #1 priority is to maintain our excellent standard of cleaning. You'll often meet her on a first-time cleaning, a quality check, or an in-home estimate.
