Post-Construction Cleaning
Drywall dust, sawdust, paint splatter, and construction residue require a different level of cleaning than standard service. Our post-construction cleaning brings your newly built or renovated home to move-in ready.
What we clean
- Fine drywall dust — floors, walls, fixtures, HVAC registers
- Sawdust — every surface, including inside cabinets and drawers
- Paint splatter removal (on hard surfaces; carpet not included)
- Adhesive residue from tape, plastic, and protective films
- Window cleaning (interior): glass, sills, tracks
- Appliance exteriors; inside newly installed appliances on request
- Cabinet interiors (upper and lower)
- Light fixtures, ceiling fans, outlet covers, switch plates
- Baseboards, door frames, trim, crown molding
- Hard floors scrubbed; carpet vacuumed with HEPA
- Final fine-detail wipe-down for final walk-through
How often
After renovations — Kitchen, bathroom, basement, addition — any area that's been opened to dust.
After new construction — Before your family moves in. Many builders include this; we coordinate with your builder or directly with you.
After flooring or paint work — Even lighter remodels leave significant dust and residue.

FAQs
How is this different from deep cleaning?
Post-construction cleaning addresses a different kind of contamination — fine particulate dust that settles on every surface, inside every cabinet, in every vent, and in every track. It requires different tools (HEPA vacuums, specialized dust cloths) and more passes than a standard deep clean.
When should you come?
After construction is completed and final inspection is done, but before you move in. If possible, after the final cleanup by the construction crew so we're addressing residual dust, not full debris.
Does this include debris removal?
We handle cleaning — not debris hauling. If your project has pallets of leftover materials, those should go before we arrive. If you need trash hauling, please contact us for a separate quote.
