FAQs
How is on-call cleaning different from recurring service?
The clean itself is the same standard. The difference is the calendar: recurring customers hold a standing slot (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), while on-call customers book each visit when they want one. We keep your preferences and priorities on file either way. See recurring regular house cleaning ›
How is it different from a one-time cleaning?
A one-time clean is a single visit. On-call is an ongoing relationship without the fixed schedule — we know your home, your preferences, and your priorities, and we send the same team whenever possible. See one-time cleaning ›
Why do on-call visits take longer?
More time passes between visits than on a set schedule, so there is more to catch up on. Plan on an on-call visit running longer than a recurring visit of the same home — we build in the extra time.
How much notice do you need?
Availability varies by season, but we can often schedule an on-call visit within the week. Call the office to check availability, or request a quote online.
