Where is your Rockville/Gaithersburg office located?
Our office is at 9318 Gaither Road, Suite 260, in Gaithersburg, MD 20877 — serving all of Montgomery County north of Montrose Road and surrounding communities.
How early can you come to my home?
Our Rockville teams typically arrive between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The office opens at 8:00 AM so we can answer early calls. We offer a two-hour arrival window and can text you when the team is en route.
Do you clean apartments and condos in Rockville Town Center, Gaithersburg, or Silver Spring?
Yes. Apartment and condo cleaning is one of our most-requested services in Rockville, Gaithersburg, Silver Spring, and Leisure World. We know the building check-in procedures at most major high-rises in the area.

Do you offer same-day or emergency cleaning in Rockville?
We can often accommodate same-week requests. For truly urgent cleans — move-outs, post-renovation, a surprise visit — call the office directly at 301-424-6243 and we’ll do our best.
What neighborhoods in Montgomery County does the Rockville office not cover?
We cover Montgomery County north of Montrose Road. For neighborhoods south of Montrose (including parts of Bethesda, Chevy Chase, and inner Silver Spring), please contact us — we may still be able to help, or we can refer you to another Maid Brigade franchise.
