Notify us within one business day. Call, text, or email office@maidbrigademd.com, or reply directly to your service confirmation. Photos help — but aren't required.
Tell us what to address. The more specific you can be, the better. "The master bath shower" is more useful than "the bathroom."
We'll return promptly. We schedule re-cleans as early as the next business day — often the same day if at all possible.
No charge, ever. The re-clean is covered by our guarantee.
